Dashboards For Kaspersky labs UK

The objective of the project was to provide a dashboard reporting system for all levels of the sales organisation.

  • On TV monitors on the sales floor - a live display of sales vs. targets, pipeline and individual performance.
  • For the Sales team - access to their individual targets, opportunities and full analysis of their partner sales and related activities
  • For Sales team Managers - access to the performance of their business stream and the performance of their sales team.
  • For senior managers - access all information from executive summary and KPIs to partner and staff analysis
  • The data is sourced from
    • An In-house sales invoicing system
    • MS CRM
    • In-house planning tool (Excel based)
    • External data sources including GFK and external partner reporting

The system also allowed users to perform ad-hoc enquiries on the data and export data to Excel and PDF for further processing. Full security rights ensure that staff only view their relevant information.


Sales Floor display

Used to provide a real-time display updated every 5 minutes combining data from CRM, In-house sales system , budgeting and forecasting systems and 3rd party data sources, shown below as silverlight and WPF versions
